The more you dine, the more you’re rewarded! Members are allocated a tier based on their frequency and spend behaviour over a 12 month period.
Green Tier – All new members, and those who visit less than 3 times and spend less than $600 within 12 months. On the Green Tier, members receive Surprise & Delight Cashback (such as the $10 Welcome Reward and a Birthday Reward). However, in order to start earning and accruing Cashback on transactions, they first need to reach the Gold Tier by transacting 3+ times totaling to over $600 in a 12 month window.
Gold Tier – Those who visit 3 or more times and spend $600 or more within 12 months or every year.
If the Tier thresholds are not met within the set period of time, members may notice their Tier has been downgraded and Cashback is no longer earnt on every visit.
